I found this funny watching it on the BBC news just, I have actually been attacked by a cat (my mums), and believe me it wasn't a nice experience, i was just waking up in bed and it went crazy and attacked me, i had bites, some to the bone and claw scratches all over, and i mean all over :)

The interview with the guy who owns it was quite funny, "it's a cat"

Anybody else been at the wrong end of a cat attack? Come on, own up, im not ashamed of my attack :D

If a cat did that to me it would have used all its 9 lives in one go.

You couldn't make my cat ****ed off enough to attack you even playfully. Pull his tail, pick him up, rub his tummy and he loves it.

Kills every non human in sight though. Tiny cat but have seen him best a few foxes when they come out more in the spring.

Owned cats my whole life, seen em' feral and seen them as tame as can be, only ever been properly attacked once by a feral cat but i knew it was coming and had prepared, thing couldnt understand heavy gloves are bite proof lol.

I cat went for my legs and scratched them up once, it got a swift kick to the chin and funnily enough the little ******* didn't do it again. I was about 12 at the time...

Should have gone into your boxing stance and placed your fist under it's chin instead.

Why not just stick a cage on the inside of the door? Rather than leaving your mail outside?

Any yes, cat claws could easily cut to the bone.

I was put in hospital after a feral cat got into the house chasing our own cat. Stupidly picked the little ******* up without thinking and ended up having my hand/wrist shredded. Thoroughly washed it and doused it surgical spirit, woke up the next morning and it was a bit sore. Went to work, got to lunchtime and my hand was twice the size and felt like I was about to pass out... long story short, I ended up staying in hospital for 2 nights with nurses injecting me with antibiotics every 4 hours to fight the infection that was taking over my whole arm!

Still love the little furballs though :p

Anyone else see the irony in them sending him a letter about this? :D

I once rolled over in bed and one of my cats was lying next to me, so he got the fright of his life and attacked my hand in that moment he thought he was about to be squashed. Had to get stitches and throw out the sheets as they were irreparably stained with rather a large amount of blood. He's a real softy otherwise. Seeing as the worst damage was from one of his claws, I can empathise :D

Cats are psychopaths - I mean, what other pet kills things and then brings you their dead bodies as a present?

P.S. I love cats - a home without a cat has no soul.

My kitten is so hardcore she brings in bees. She then dumps these angry buzzing stinging insects on the floor next to my feet... So charming!

Thankfully, then she either eats them, or I have time to grab a glass and rescue the poor things, how she hasn't been stung in the mouth several times I have no idea?!

Heh, I did that once with mine, though it wasn't as bad as your experience.
