My post was satire to the blame game that was being played at the start of the thread with many people assuming him to be Muslim, found it ridiculous that the papers said 'it cannot be confirmed if it was religiously motivated'

Now it is confirmed that he not Muslim, thread went dead. Not because there was any condemnation but because the guy did not fit the accusation they wanted to discuss

it is funny how the two likely options for these attacks are that the attacker was mentally ill or that he was a follower of Islam

There isn't anything to suggest he's definitely not Muslim, there is a slight suggestion that the German authorities are playing down that angle and pushing the mental health one.

The only thing that has been made clear so far is that he's not one of the recent migrants.

He shouted 'Allah Akbar' and 'You infidels must die' apparently.... he probably is Muslim it seems he's also suffering from mental health issues - those two things definitely aren't mutually exclusive

I can conclude his shouting of ALLAHU AKBAR!!!!!1 and attacking with a knife (a popular way for muslims to attack Jews) that he is probably a muslim.
