Yesterday my girlfriend, instructed by myself, went to an EE shop to get a nano sim for her new iPhone 6S - she still had her pre-merger 3G only T-Mobile sim (rolling contract) so also probably needed moving across to a 4G EE plan.
She came away with a 2Gb SIM Only 12mo plan - for the price of a 5Gb plan. Is this normal? I am annoyed at my girlfriend for signing this (she was armed with a screenshot from the EE website which she forgot about) but surely this isn't standard practice?
Even the receipt says 5Gb whereas the signed contract says 2Gb. And because she signed up in store, she doesn't have any cool off period! Any advice?
