Agreed that because we hadn't scored by half time we should have thrown vardy on. We could easily have been 2 or 3 up this game and so that late goal from Russian wouldn't have mattered.

They weren't great, but they were tight at the back - how many clear cut opportunities did we create? Not a whole lot, despite us dominating the match.

Unfortunately things like that can happen in football, it was entirely undeserved, but it's no reason for a the expected OCUK breakdown!

Yeah but he didn't exactly do anything wrong , he kept the ball well and offered a bit up front, rooney should not of been taken off though, sterling for Wilshere and Kane for Vardy would have been better.

What are you on about? Wales looked OK against a poor side. They might have ~3 players who could get in our squad. What on earth makes you think that they could easily beat us?

One thing is for sure Roy has been studying LVG's tactics when at Utd. We only managed one measly goal...something Utd did very well

bang on. how did an international tournament match with supposedly heightened security let that slip through? half the people I was watching it with thought the bang towards the end was a bomb....

Those aren't clear cut opportunities - they're simply opportunities. clear breakaways, shots in and around 12 yards from goal, etc. those are clear cut chances. We had a decent amount of attempts, but they weren't especially easily chances.
