I fix Note processing machines in the above stores as well as the Tesco, Morrisions etc you get the idea, enough of my dull life :p

When I walk in the 2 above mentioned I feel dirty!! Is it because I am a peasant and shop at Aldi and Morrisons??? I like the free Coffee in Waitrose but would never shop there, I tell a lie a few years back I had a gift card to shop there all I came out with was 2 full bags to 5/6 at Aldi.

I feel poor :(:( or a tight git :D

Feel free to show your not common status buy positing you shop at Waitrose.

I agree I would never go into Waitrose EVER!

They have a delivery service and the staff can order online from them I believe when Fortman and Masons have run out of cake.

I am common, but I do stop by Waitrose as it's on my way home from work, doesn't cause me to want to murder the entire shop due to people wallowing about standing in the way and generally stressing me out and most importantly the yummy mummies gather there.

My local Waitrose is full of chavs who are a bit richer than the chavs who go to Tesco. These days the middle-classes shop in Aldi and Lidl. Booths ain't an option because I'm down south, but would shop there if I was back up north.

Here we have no choice, the Waitrose nearest to us is in the center of Leeds and is only a "little" Waitrose so I'd have to trek out to Otley :(
Shame as apparently they sell those oh so rare red bananas that have a hint of raspberries :)

As for Booths, I've genuinely never heard of them

Still though, I don't feel poor when I go in them although the displays and product ranges do spoil you :D

I very sadly did a comparison between the few supermarkets we have round here and for the essentials they are all the same price, that includes Waitrose. There is a misconception that supermarkets are cheaper than one another. Usually it's not the same quantity or a lesser quality product you're buying and perceiving as cheaper.

My Waitrose isn't full of chavs and quite a large one so I'm always going there. Never heard of Booths, is it where you get your gin? :p

I find my local co-op is cheaper then my local waitrose

Yes but you will be putting all the Waitrose home brand in your basket, I think that is worse than shopping at Aldi, I am jesting :D
