Yeah of course they do but no where else is expected to deliver a 99% result for either side so Gibraltar is an outlier case statistically and was known or expected to be so. In that sense the Gibraltar result skews the running total and percentage split so what it shows at the moment isn't representative due to that one off almost total remain outcome.
