That's what the EU chiefs said when the Scottish referendum was taking place. Scotland would have to start EU accession talks from the beginning and adopt the €.

They can yeah, its an enormous number of votes in London, if they vote heavily remain , it would nullify a lot of smaller leave areas

If they can't nothing will but by the sounds of it the turnout isn't as high as expected, that could really harm remains chances

Would expect it being fast tracked.

Yeah, Swindon and I voted leave. Really not sure if I made the right choice or not but then nobody will ever know that no matter what they say as you can't see the outcome of both scenarios.

Thought earlier it would be remain but now no idea!
