That's a big margin for Leave, but the big cities will likely swing it. Majority of London expected to Remain by the sound of it...?

Tiny margin.

Leave will need to be a couple of million ahead to face the onslaught from London which is looking around 80% in favour of remain.

is it for stronger case for independence and/or re-join of EU against rest of UK
