Yeah depends which speech he wants to use

That's a big margin for Leave, but the big cities will likely swing it. Majority of London expected to Remain by the sound of it...?
 
The lead is a bit meaningless at the moment. There's only been 20 votes so far. There's 362 more to go. Probably a better overall picture will be after the first 150 results.
