There will be an element of the pro-indy lot who will vote remain just to try to force another ref.

Then there are others who will vote remain simply because they believe that's the best route.

Then there will be a lot of idiots, who simply don't have a clue, and were lucky they had the where-with-all to put a cross in a box.
