** OcUK HAS 21 CUSTOM GTX 1080 MODELS READY FOR PRE-ORDER !! **

@Gibbo have Inno3d confirmed shipping and were waiting on delivery on delivery.... or am I best jumping ship to a different card? I was hoping Inno3d were just Ninja's and my card would appear without any news but it's not looking likely :-(

Yea. I would like to know what's happening with Inno3d as well. Especially X3. I asked CS a couple days ago and they said they have 2 orders, one should've come on 17th and the other on 30th, but the first one never turned up. Any update on the situation?
I would switch, but damn that would be expensive with today prices. I ordered on 1st of June.

I've been watching this thread for quite a while now, personally waiting on the KFA2 OC. Any chance of getting an update like we got last week I think it was with ETAs on all of the different cards? I found that really helpful that way half of the messages posted aren't asking about specific cards.

This ^^ im in the same position .. are we going to get the OC version?

I spoke to Asus in depth about this over beers at the conference and even suggested a V2 SKU with say an 1855MHz boost to improve yield rates. However they re-assured me to do this would take 3-4 weeks and they actually plan and hope to have cleared all 1000 of our pre-orders before then with the original full speed OC SKU.

:)

any idea on the MSI Sea Hawk 1080 hybrid ETA please?

MSI had an issue with Sea Hawk AIO, where the Corsair cooler was not properly contacting the GPU core, it was spotted before shipments commenced but has of course caused a delay whilst the cooler is re-worked to fit correctly and perform correctly.

I am sure your with me that you'd want to receive working cards with no issues, though I will admit it is surprising such issues happen and kind of shows how rushed things have being done a little.

I think some AIB's have released the AIO and Extreme variants a little to soon, compared to Maxwell where at launch we just have mildly overclocked custom cards whereas this time we have AIO's and extreme variants advertised at the GPU launch. Which is great because you can see the range but it is obvious it does mean longer wait times for pre-orders on the more extreme SKU's.

Some have arrived and shipped on all SKU's but very small numbers, we shall receive more next week hopefully and a lot more in July. :)

I'm with you i'm kinda resigned waiting another month most probably for it anyway now.

Thanks for the update Gibbo. Such a shame to hear that but I'd want a product that was working perfectly so happy to wait for it!

I understand that there are lots of requests regarding other more popular cards so it's extremely difficult for you to track everything. However, it'd make us (potential owners of Aero) worry a bit less as we're completely in the dark without any ETAs whatsoever.

You mentioned at the second half of the last week that you'd make an inquiry to MSI directly regarding MSI Aero 1080 availability and post back as soon as you hear something.

Are there any news regarding that?

Thanks a mil for your patience!

@gibbo, looking at the OC site, seems the Aero isn't part the the MSI stock drop. Is that the case, or are they just deeper in the pile of new stuff?

It's strange to say, but I'm relieved to see another potential Aero owner raising this. I thought I was the only one left as some of the guys mentioned that they cancelled their orders at the weekend.

He's been silent after it's been posted that a few EU retailers have put unknown status on stock. Still no answer as to why?

A few? Caseking is the only one I can see that has changed their ETA to unknown.

With all due respect, Simon you've been saying you're going to cancel your card for about 2-3 weeks now, there's some Gigabyte G1's, MSI Aero and Gainward cards in stock right now - you're welcome to swap them and someone can take your place in the queue.

Have some patience, man. We can't get updates every hour.

It's getting harder to wait. I have no gpu atm. Of course Im going to be upset. I paid a load of money for something I don't even have. I'm losing patience fast. Also I go on holiday soon. So hope that the card comes before that other wise I wont be here to receive card. So please let me vent. It's all I have

Edit also I just found out I've been pushed down the queue because others are muscling in on the FTW queue. Not happy OCUK allow this:(
