Had my SSD for 11 moths now does the wear look about right? i use the PC for about 3 hours a day a mix of browsing, playing games (stored on another SSD+MECH DRIVE) watching some you tube vids etc etc, I just thought 3.25 TB seemed a lot considering i don't really do much. I do tend to fall asleep with the pc still on but i have it set to turn of after 4 hours inactivity, that explains the difference between time i've had it and powered on hours lol

3TB written is nothing to worry about, the 250GB 850 Evo has a 75TB endurance warranty, though in reality it's endurance will be many multiples of that figure. The drive will probably become obsolete long before the NAND wears out.

So you can compare here is my 850, had it since release. Your SSD is fine :)

Having a page file (of any size) increase writes a bit, though I wouldn't say to any concerning amount. 3TB of writes to a 256GB SSD is basically nothing at all.

I have an old 60GB SSD that I still use as a boot/application drive which has been in here a good few years now. That's up to 14.3TB NAND writes (or ~243 PE cycles, assuming decent wear leveling!).
