**BREAKING NEWS**

No EVGA delivery today. UPS have already been and no cards have arrived. ETA is now tomorrow. Confirmed by CS.

Ah well, lucky I changed to a Saturday delivery then :)

I for one am only sticking with my FTW because I'd lose money by switching brands.

This is the first EVGA card I've ever attempted to buy and after watching the US get looked after first, and then abysmal attention paid to Europe when they did decide to humour us, I won't be getting another from them.

I should have stuck with MSI like I have done for years.

I was just going to post exact same. This is first EVGA card I have ordered. It will very likely be the last.

I have a feeling the Asus and EVGA cards might not be so popular on the next big release after this shambles.

Yep, especially seeing as they all clock about the same and the only true winners are the 'cheapo' brands with their 3 slot setup, which actually clock better due to being cooler.

Palit FTW! Got mine sitting here and I ordered at 7.30pm last night :D

And I bet you get 2100mhz out of it without even trying too you smug bar steward! :D

Can somebody explain how did Asus decided to give OCUK only 50 Strix OC cards knowing that they have the largest preorder in the UK? Where are the rest of the 950 cards going? They said 1000 units will be shipped to the UK!

1000 for the entire country? seems extremely low, why did they manufacture such low numbers?

Then waiting a month for only another 50?

The daft thing is, the whole 'look after the US first' policy they adopted will really bite them in the backside. There's nothing significantly better about the cards compared to the competition for the yanks who have them to brag about, and the brits and euros are understandably annoyed enough to express their frustration to an international audience.

They've well and truly shot themselves in the foot.

It's amazing how badly a company of EVGA's size and status have botched this launch really. I was planning to make my next Nvidia card an EVGA one, but MSI got my money instead thanks to actually having cards available.

Expect all the excuses under the sun from EVGA, sorry guys the courier was out of our hands.

Hi guys

Please accept my apologies for the delay today. The shipment is confirmed with TNT tracking for tomorrow delivery at OCUK warehouse. Our warehouse was overwhelmed with orders on Tuesday and some shipments hit a 1 day delay, I can only apologise OCUK was one of these. I had asked for priority but seemingly it didn't work.

Next week batch flight into NL was confirmed today also so more units in next week for OCUK, again this time I expect Thursday 14th at the latest as no month end inventory counts.

Thanks again and please accept my apology for the 24 hour delay.

Ben

Exactly. Because apparently courier tracking and accurate ETAs are magical fairy tales that only naive people think could actually exist.

If we all remember, this week's ETA was actually Wed, with Thu as wiggle room.

Hi guys

Please accept my apologies for the delay today.

Delays are understandable but to be fair, we shouldn't be finding out about the delay by OCUK saying "nothing's turned up, sorry maybe tomorrow". If there was a 24 hour delay shipping them out then maybe we should have been given a heads up at least 24hrs ago.

Hi Damien

Sorry this is simply down to my travel I had not spotted the delay earlier, I had assumed as all orders were released as planned Tuesday they would have arrived in time for Thursday (99% of the time this is the case) I have been travelling and just back this afternoon to discover the delay. Hence my response this evening.
