Im 100% clear I what I voted for thanks. And I have not made any story for you, I just quoted you and painted a broader picture, I am not aiming anything at you, Ive no idea who/what you are. You suggested I wanted a winner or loser argument, I corrected that.

So what exactly did you vote for?
Define what voting out is and what it entails.

You could always move to the EU if prefer life within it. Have fun with that and the Euro. You clearly think its amazing, when are you off?

You do realise you voted to deprive him and millions of other people of the right to do that?

No freedom of movement should be a red line.

Why do we need it?

If I should give up and accept Brexit as being inevitable, I think you need to give up the hope and accept that free movement won't be included in any new deal.

But that's what you voted for right? Exiting the EU? So you should be happy. Right?

There is a lot of truth in this post. At the end of the day we are likely to get something negotiated that satisfies none of us and arguably will only act in the interests of the corporate world especially the city of London.

so stop with the woe is me debates of "you've ruined my future" because at 50 I don't care, that's your problem... step the **** up and do something about it,

So in short...

"yes we've probably screwed you as a generation but we don't want to have to hear about it so please be quiet and just get on with sorting out the mess we've left you in because we sure as **** aren't going to"

Then you wonder why the younger generation want to moan, it's a crap attitude.

It's more like...

"In a few years when you're a bit wiser, more experienced and less of an insufferable naive little *****, you'll thank us."

Actually that goes for all Remainers.

And if the are you sure ref returns a Brexit vote again we have an are you really sure ref? Or if it returns 52/48 Remain we'll have an are you sure vote again on that? You see how quickly this gets into ridiculous territory?

I think you need to make peace with this and stop lobbying for democratic votes to be ignored, lest someone starts lobbying to have your vote ignored.

I'm going easy on you because you're new.

I'll play along with this pointless conversation.
Let's say that it's 52/48 in favour of remain. In the words of Nigel Farage it's unfinished business.

I think you need to stop jumping to conclusion. Where have I "lobbyed" for votes to be ignored. Oh wait I haven't. Another poor attempt at snide remarks. How about you stop with the silly rhetoric's.

I'm not sure which attitude is better "you're all just insufferable naive little ****s" or "**** you clean up my mess because it won't be my problem".

Either way, it seems being condescending is a prerequisite

I see the 3 billion eu development fund has been suspended. This is money due from the eu as investment into the uk, but the rules are the home country has to match the payment.

Seems the reason it's paused is that they think they will need the money elsewhere.

That's a lot of schemes who had been told they were getting the money who now won't.

Great idea of our government.

In other news I also see that making the minimum wage regional so poorer areas can pay less is been proposed again. Guess all those poor areas up north who voted out are about to become poorer still. So much for May saying she was going to look after the people who felt left out.

Don't forget Wales and Cornwall.

It's ironic that the "oh the humanity", "ignore the result" and "we want a 2nd ref" posts come across as immature and add nothing to the thread/debate.

Actually it's not - perhaps you might like to look up the definition of irony?

Anyway, this appears to be the "Brexit thread - what happens next" and some people are actually discussing that topic. If you want to start a "Brexit - we won, grow up" thread then carry on.

Ok, I'll give you a clue:

It's ironic that the "grow up, we won, deal with it" posts just come across as immature and add nothing to the thread/debate.

For your homework question, please identify whether there is an ironic element in the following text:
