Lowcostholidays has gone bust

Tempted to pick up a 1070 while I'm in the states..

Not with the current exchange rates.

I was thinking the same with the iPad Pro 9.7 when I go next month. After city tax, it would cost about same as UK prices :( Before Brexit, I would have been saving about £140.

Good result by the way:)

How do the taxes work over there? Would they tax me if I bought one online and got it shipped to the hotel, i.e. would it be more than the online price? They seem to be around £340 at current rates

They calculate the tax by postcode, so even being delivered to where you are you still can't aviod it.

Different cities have different city tax.
