Shanghai was a better map without the leveloution, dropping the skyscraper just murdered frame-rates and made a good play area bad. Seen a load of servers basically threatening bans for anyone taking the building down. Having an off button for leveloution was something dice didn't consider..

I'd love to see BC2 levels of destruction. There was something immensely satisfying about driving through the ground floor of a house with an APC just to collapse the building on the sniper on the first floor. Also, making your own fox holes with grenades.

Trying to get excited like everyone else but for some reason I can't. It just doesn't click, even if I really liked the WW1 setting when it was announced. Maybe the beta will change that.
Yeah, that's one thing you definitely have to appreciate about the BF series. There's always an open beta to help make up your mind. I know it can be buggy as ****, but it at least gives you a good idea of the finished product.
I hope to see more giraffe neck.

From the vids its probably on par with bc2, and you can blow craters in the ground with dynamite.

Have they done away with the leveloution stuff? It was cool for a trailer/stage demo but i never enjoyed it

Well kind of changed it up so it's "diverse" for instance the air ship and train can be destroyed the airship will crash to the ground and the train will be a huge fire iirc causing a large smoke screen

People will justify the cost. If you put 100/200/300 hours into it then it's cheap per hour.
