In a thread about moon landings I would say it is the very place for it, lol.
I don't think it was a moderation request, more of an exasperated "oh dear".
The burden of proof lies with you good sir, since you made the claims that there were faked photos.

Well given this is GD one of two things would happen I) it would be ignored or ii) goalposts would be shifted.
No I have no issue with lunar surface shots. Seen plenty of debunking clips and evidence to support eg like there is a UFO there that can reasonable be shown to be dust particles.
Its just a shot done of earth that is allegedly say 150,000miles away when it was done in the same shot as the low earth orbit takes... That's it.

They did land another 5 times after Apollo 11.
I'd like to know what the USA sent up there so Ham Radio enthusiasts could listen into the transmissions. I helped my Grandad turn his aerial so we could listen in.
If it was faked why did Russia give up? Russia would definitely know if it was faked or not.
I was watching a feature film last weel called THE DISH about the Australian dish that transmitted the video signals. That got me wondering about all the other 1000s of dishes around the World that must have been listening in to the FAKE event and nobody blagged.
The more you think about it being faked the more it sounds ridiculous.
They can actually when elevations are factored in. The evidence proving this was on one show I watched done by some professor who used a lampost shadow to prove the angle of a shadow can vary when it went down a crub, I believe he also did a lab experiment on a dustbin or something daft and said the angle altered by xxdegrees
Well yes you can do that. You could do it with your mobile phone, a piece of card with a hole in it and simply move your phone closer to the hole and further away to give that impression... Not difficult. They did this within the rocket.
They said we are now in low earth orbit and stuck the camera right up against the porthole... They then claimed to be (example distance only) 15,000miles away and moved the camera back, still maintaining and giving the illusion of earth appearing as round for the purpose of perspective that it would be at that distance.

There's a good number of us who've seen Aliens as well, although I myself prefer the Special Edition over the original cinema release.
We definitely went there though... after physically seeing the kit they've got at Kennedy, and the shuttle there, there's no way they could fake anything like that without at least 70p worth of gaffer tape and a couple of coloured filters for their cameras.
Again... I don't disagree we went to the moon. The only comment that drew ire on here that I made was that some shots of earth from the craft were faked. No mention of "we didn't go to the moon" or "we didn't because xyz".
You can still believe one thing even if something for it has been faked. Like I say, probably done to save time as can imagine they were busy... Being the first humans to go to the big asteroid and all.

I think you've got your perspectives the wrong way round. Closer to the portal the object would fill less of it and appear more distant. Away from the portal the object would fill more of and appear less distant.
Either way, it's grasping at straws if you're going to cite it as evidence of faked footage.
Not 100% sure how you came to that conclusion, about right for some of GD....

Find a picture poster on a wall... Find a bit of card and cut a ping pong sized hole into it... Now start filming with your phone camera right up against the hole. Then stop and do the same from further away... Bet you cant film the whole picture through the hole but you know its filmed through a hole because the card evidences it as does its size in relative to a perspective from where you are filming from. Can tell some people haven't don't A Level photography on the module of perspectives and angles.
Its basically a trick ergo faked. Why they did it is anyone's guess but they did.
