I've got a paddock stand, that'll be fine.

I also need to change the bar ends, they catch on my gate, longest handle bars I've seen, 35" across!

You'll probably need to have no weight on the swingarm in order to change the linkage, a paddock stand won't do that, the spring will still be compressed.

I think Clov!s was just on about things like chain lubing, I originally thought the same as you until I seen the last reply.

Ahh fair do's. TBH if they said £25 for fitting I'd rip their hand off.

On the subject of paddock stands, it's worth picking up a front stand and in particular a headstock stand, it'll let you take the wheel in for tyre changes (cheaper!) and get the forks out when you need to do the seals from all those power wheelies :p

Lol ok I'll have a look around first and see if there's any others available, tried changing the bar ends for some Oxford ones but they don't fit, they don't screw in.

Is it that raspy in real life? Needs some low down, feel it in your chest type sound! :D

It's inside too under a shelter so it makes it sound like a wasp :p needs a full system on it really, I'm not going to buy anything for it now, just until I'm certain I'm keeping it :D

Since when? I've owned the bike a week and done 4 miles :D had to insure it, tax it and wait for some new parts to arrive, when I picked it up, the petrol light was on, filled it today and it took under £6 :p

Sorry, but what? Is this bike designed purely just to go from one petrol station to the nearest next one?! Sounds like the range could be under 100 miles!

Met another pretty blonde girl that rides, sometime this week we're going out for a ride. :D

I met one the other day too, but I don't remember her name though... :(

Fuel light on with 3 litres remaining and 6 litres to then fill up doesn't sound much like 13 litres. It does sound like a typical Aprilia fuel tank that often has 2+ litres than are completely inaccessible / unusable though!
Maybe try putting the bike upright off the side stand when filling up? If you've only got 13 litres then you need to make every ml count.

Got it!
