OK....
I've just had a phone call from the Exchange Team. The call was to inform me that the Exchange Program will commence on the 19th of September and my Retailer will contact me.
Firstly, Mr Samsung, you are my retailer.
Secondly, Mr Samsung, the Samsung Shop have not clue about this - they tell me that they are not dealing with this, it's the Exchange Team.
When registering for an exchange, I was told that the Exchange Team would ring me in 7 days. Was that the call? I have waited 4 days for someone to ring me to tell me they won't be starting till the 19th? And that's it. No other information. For every question I asked, they read out the exact same response, "Your retailer will contact you about the exchange".
PS - It's very difficult to put down my thoughts here, as all you would be able to see would be asterisks......
