Which one did you go for?
Most seem to be obnoxiously loud.

Went for the remus hypercone in black.

I was going to get the scorpion but the remus just seemed as nice and cheaper so went with them.

But yeah, the sc project exhausts and the cheaper £190 exhausts.

Will be leaving the dB killer in but use the race killer, be nice and throaty but not too droany. Got it for £314 which seemed cheap.

Saw this a week ago, completely forgot about it. :p

Smo has an SC Project, snap crackle and pop central!! :D

Today, I did discover proper engine braking. Doing 80mph indicated on the M25, where they have the cameras over the gantries, which are sometimes there, sometimes not - just to be sure, I rolled off the throttle from 80mph, straight down to 70mph in a second :D

I'm pretty sure the brakes are actually redundant on this thing, so much engine braking you hardly need them!

Brakes on twins are almost exclusively for the "oh ****!" Moments apart from that it's all about the engine braking.

Good to see the weekend hasn't improved last weeks terrible drivers.

One guy tried to move straight across me to get to the right hand turn lane, when I gave him the finger he was still looking to his left for some reason. Very very close call.

Another guy decided that the roundabout was free and clear to join as I was coming up to his door, not quite as close as the first.

Then some daft bint decided that I was in the way of the parking space she wanted so tried to drive straight over me.

Good ****ing lord, I haven't got the patience to deal with that sort of **** first thing on a Monday morning.

I leave my big chain (almax) at work. I got in this morning, and it looks like someones had a really good go at the lock.

Something has obviously been sprayed inside, and they've had an hammer to it by the looks of it.

Last Fri it looked like this:

This morning it looks like this:

It looks like it's just battered rather than damaged. It seemed functional anyway. Will report it to security (for all the good that will do.)

I don't know if it's because we have cameras on most bikers now or just that social media is more accessible but is it more of are thefts of bikes becoming more and more frequent!?

Very common theft method - make sure you lock it or move it today! They will tamper with the lock overnight so when you get there in the morning, you can't lock your bike.

Grab a bottle of cheap nail varnish remover, something with a good dose of Acetone in rather than any of the sensitive stuff.
If they do try and superglue the lock then squirt some in and leave it to sit and it should eat the glue.
