4k or 3440x1440?

I have a 28" 4K at the moment and am considering making the move to a 32" 1440P panel, simply because some programs don't scale properly, and 1440P is a more achievable resolution without spending £££ on GPU(s) :)

If you get a 43" samsung ks7500 you can have hdr for the PS4 and run the pc in ultrawide 3840 x 1610. Best of both worlds and if pc does hdr your sorted as well.

:D just ordered one

Had enough of my x34 its just too small after a year with a phillips 40"

I can get decent enough frames at 4k with 1 Titan P, I don't mind turning a couple settings down and i hardly notice anyways.

HDR is pretty darn good on those panels btw

Exactly the same boat as me, although as I said I just this week got mine sold.

Forgive my ignorance but is there a 32 inch high refresh 1440p gsync offering out there?

**EDIT**

Just on that a quick google fired this up:

Could be interesting....

Finally found a buyer for my X34 for £74 delivered so it would cost me £100 to pick up the 32" predator 4k but Im really starting to think I may not be able to go back to 16:9 now. Ive never umm'd and ahhh'd so much over something in regards to PC hardware TBH. If I sell and Im not happy it will end up costing me close to £400 to upgrade back to the X34A
