Yeah my commute is 98% straight roads with a couple of roundabouts and 2-3 corners. I think I've done better this year on the rear tyre thanks to 1200 miles of Euro roads.

Does anyone else prefer to lean on the right instead of the left? I wasn't too comfortable when I was leaning off the bike today on my left. I think its due to not being able to see as much as you do on the right hand side and due to roundabouts.

Most people prefer one side over the other, I've got no chicken strip on one side but about 10mm on the other.

Right for me becuase of roundabouts, and left corners you have less view of the road and if you lowside you're going into oncoming traffic, right hand bends you have a better view of the road.

I'm going to change the sprocket sizes, the guys at 900nuda recommend going for a 17t and 42t for the best setup with a 525 chain. Probably looking at £130 for them both.

Isn't the the stock 900 (non R) gearing? The R model runs a 16t up front.

Yeah but it's currently running 16t on the front and 41 on the rear so I'd like to put it back to stock.

Someone recommended 18t on the front and 44t on the rear but I don't know what the benefit is!

Less teeth at the front or more at the rear gives more torque. Lowering both is a really weird decision for the previous owner to make.

Except I imagine the Nuda would never have the actual power to reach a true 170mph nevermind what the gearing so take that into account.
