Although I've never had one a shooters sandwich would appear from the pictures/videos I have seen to be my fave.

One day I'll either eat one or make one and it'll be another bucket list item ticked off.

Home-made cheesy egg mayo (grated mature cheddar, chopped boiled eggs, freshly ground black pepper, mayo to desired consistency)

Winner. I like a small amount of thinly sliced onion with it as well.

Yes, I don't like mustard and the meat was perfect, was not dry in the slightest.

Each to their own, I'd would have needed something in there to break it up a bit personally.

Horseradish, egg, mayo, sauerkraut, tomato, etc. Still, can't argue with their portioning!

was a great open sandwich, lets be honest these meat feasts cant eb eaten like a sandwich. it needs the kraut and the dressing etc, balance it out.
also the warmed meat sandwiches where so much better than the cold meats.

Been to Carnegie before for cheesecake, got back from NYC last week, Carnegie was on the news, its closing down for good in December which is a shame.
