I've always wondered what it is that bothers you people so much about regulations that have only one goal which is to make people a bit nicer(even if they don't mean it).
Is kindness offenssive? Or is it you being forced to show it?
Regulations that require you to be
nice is contrary to the principles of freedom of thought and expression. I'm rarely tolerant, let alone nice. It requires too much effort.

I think it would be fair to say that there is an element of
any community that tends to enjoy the drama, and that some gay people and trannies
really love their soaps for a reason.
They aren't implementing a policy of not rejecting people with bad reviews or for legal reasons.
However if you keep rejecting black people and accept white people, then that raises question marks if they all have good reviews.
I'm willing to bet real money that they won't be
nearly as unforgiving to Charlotte and Rachel with their delightful nigerian adopted son Oscar, as the are towards Geoffrey and Margaret - you're white, middle class couple that just want to make a little money from their holiday home in the cotswolds.
