Why am I expecting Perez to try a banzai up the inside before long and Massa to do his trademark "he shouldn't have been there guv not my fault!" and turn into him?!

:( I shouldn't be massively surprised but this saving/managing can be frustrating sometimes. 2 or 3 balls out stints would be more exciting. Or just make the races shorter knowing people get bored of the middle part.

Trouble is they can't, due to the absolutely stupid two tyre rule.

Imagine 3 sets of super sorts compared to just one set of mediums with zero stops.

FFs DC what era has it ever been push every single lap. Mangment has always been part of f1, even back in the glory turbo days, as if you pushed often your turbo exploded.
The issue is tyre rules and aero rules.

We had that before. Everyone just ended up 1 stopping (or not stopping at all as a preference). Then everyone complained about tyres that went the entire race.

That's because bridge stone tyres, didn't have a cliff. These tyres are very different to that era.

I know F1 has always had an element of saving/management but it is a bit boring. :o lol I watch a lot of the old races on the F1 channel and it's always been there so maybe shorter races are the answer? Oh well, maybe next years shake up will at least make it interesting for the year... It's funny how we never talk of fuel saving any more. Well, not as much.

Or sort the silly tyre rules out, and sort the aero out.
I doubt it, next years aero is even worse.

That's the trouble with f1 keep introducing silly rules to introduce "excitement" rather than solving underlying issues.
