From reddit it seems like Charlie said normal start if conditions stay the same then Ted went out and said safety car start.... because he's mostly just an idiot.

Rain is reportedly getting worse though.

Couldn't be a better setup for the race. Rain, full wets. Not the best conditions for Rosberg, but anything can happen in these conditions. Please no safety car start!

Boo, nowtv is out of sync on sound. Suppose its not much of an issue once it starts as its only a small amount which can tell by lips.

And oops crashing on way to grid.
