Steam Sale : What did you get?

Thanks to the first post on here, i've just picked up Black Mesa as I fancy re-living my youth.

As others have said, Steam sale hasn't been great. Origin isn't much better though either tbf....

Is this the GOTY edition? I see it contains 18 DLC. Guessing that's everything that's been released?

I also picked up Tomb Raider Legend. Only played the first half hour but I think this version of Lara is the hottest looking one. You think? Yeah she looks great in the new versions but they've gave her more 'girl next door' looks in those games...

Without question. Beautiful looking game. Brutal combat. And the Nemesis system is completely unique to anything else in any other game. Has to be played.

Exactly, you know these games will be on sale again and eventually cheaper.

But it'll be another good few years until games like the witcher are over 50% off. I got it today, but i know it'll sit there and rot with many other equally epic games.

Its all down to playing games that have too much replay value like mmo's

life is strange. Haven't tried it yet. Probably will remain unplayed going by my history.

If you like the Telltale style games then you will enjoy it. Life is Strange is a great game.

You're probably better off buying the Humble Monthly Bundle. Using Paypal it costs £8.03 on G2A, I paid £8.97 for the bundle with the 10% off included with pretty much every bundle released recently. You get DD: DA straight away and whatever games they also include next Friday.

In Brothers - a tale of two sons, I can't get the wee brother to interact with the big brother when he's kneeling to boost the wee one up the ledge so he can lower the cart down. I'm pressing R-CRTL but nothing is happening? What am I missing here guys?
