Played Metz from the futstock YouTube thingy, better player than me , he had 22 shots , I had 8... Scored in extra time then a penalty in 117 minutes , needless to say he quit . Actually felt bad as cech was on form . Usually luck gos the other way I suppose !

I posted about stocking up on Argentinian IF in case Aguero gets POTM,might be worth getting some Spanish ones too while it's cyber weekend. That covers Costa and Pedro too.
Depends on if an SBC appears before the end of the month; most had a spike in price earlier. I've got 5 and a untradeable so I'm hopefully set.

I'm done with this game. First time ever, I'm getting rid of a FIFA. Soooo frustrating! I don't get much time to play games, so when I do I want to have fun and to not want to kick my tv in! Even games I win I don't enjoy.

Think this is the first weekend league I've just not enjoyed. Hit 18/31, so was on course for my best ever finish but just couldn't be bothered to play the remaining 9 games. Doesn't look like SIF Ronaldos price is going to drop enough for me to be able to afford him either, feeling a bit meh in general.

I'll put my 2p worth when you tell us what formation etc. As for Movember cards unless you have Ibra or a couple of others they are going to discard unless a SBC comes out before Wednesday. I think I have about 15 of them all at discard.

Obviously can change formation and players where you see fit , but I would give Vidal a try at CDM set to stay back. EPL picks itself and LA Liga for me isn't great this year. Italian league is a bit boring I find as I don't know any players. Either way I'd tomorrow morning now as the market appears to be slowing down.

I played against a full Bayern side yesterday complete with IF's. Luckily he was **** poor so i beat him. The Weekend League was infuriating. I reazlly need to put the pad down when i play bad. I went about 10 games in which i quit them all. Put the pad down watched some TV, needed 4 wins out of the last 5 to go up a rank. Won 3, lost 1 final game went to penalties... i put them all in one place until the last one where i went the other direction and he saved it grrrr least i started to play well.
Created a diff squad using 433 with the 2 cdms and its working well in my calcio and prem teams.
Movember Barzaghli is good just a little slow. Rudiger is really good just sometimes gets out off position.
I have the Argentine IF, will see what spanish ones i can pick up at discard if any.
Weekly packs got me Joe Hart and erickson, seem to get them a lot.

Got to Elite 3 on this weekend league - won 29 games. Also ended up on Gold 2 for the month.
Enjoyed the first 10 games but it felt like a massive grind after this with the exception of a few. Closing out 1 goal leads in sweaty games is not fun.
Sturridge and IF Firmino scored the majority. Also movember Hahn chipped in with a few.
Definitely taking a break from weekend league. Takes up too much time and feels like a grind. It's the good rewards that suck me in.

Typically SBCs will go up around 6pm on an evening if there is one.
Finally clawed my way to Div 5 last night, although I had two games with kit clashes. I never quit even straight away for the fear of a screw up but lost one 5-4 at the death and the other I won 4-3 in injury time, but only needed a point for promotion. Have 125k and definitely could make some improvements, but main work I need is to work on the basic skill moves that can change a game or two and timing my passes; too many times I think I've put enough pressure on for a through pass only for it to go about 2 yards in front of me.
Also may be worth investing in some players for next weeks MM, I suspect the two big games of El Clasico and Derby della Capitale will require a few players.
Is there anything better than finishing your last game of the weekend league? Always such a relief when it's finally over.
