He is regarded as the best player in the world. Not that FIFA has much of a competitive gaming / eSports scene but the last big competition for FIFA 16 I think he walked away with £10k.

I don't think he is arrogant, I just think he finds it hard to get excited by the game in the same way that I would, because he just expects a dominant win.

Any recommendations for my team? I don't mind selling players to buy others. I'm absolutely crap at the game so need all the help I can get :D

Meh, looks like I've completely missed the boat on SIF Ronaldo. Was about 100k short last night, sold most of my assets, made 150k, now I'm 200k short.

So I have basically no team, and I'm not going to get the marquee player I wanted.

Awesome.
 
Got to the final of the weekend league qualifier then came against a team with 4 sbc cards and every player with training cards on them, went 3-2 up then he bought giovinco on (im guessing sbc version) then it all went down bank for me that guy is insane. He went 4-3 up then parked the bus and just kept booting it back into my half when he got the ball :@

I couldn't disagree more , qualifying is the easy bit. Maintaining a acceptable level of rage/mood swings is the most stressful in our house:o

I guess like most people , if someone is clearly better than me then I'm fine with that. Its when its an even game and I convince myself the game is against me:rolleyes: Thats when the red mist comes down!
 
Isn't it more efficient playing seasons and staying in division 1 to qualify for WL?

I'd love to grind out the weekend league even just once but I never have time over the weekends.

It would if I could get into Div 1, at the moment I'm bouncing around Div2-3 mainly Div 3 tbh
 
I just made it into the weekend league.

I was on my final attempt after losing some silly games and getting beaten by better players at times.
