Eating sweet food...

So I generally eat very clean.

Breakfast is porridge. Lunch and dinner is carb + meat + veg. One coffee a day and after that water.

The one thing I do find hard though, is sweet food.

Every day (usually in the evening), I crave sweet food - that can be a sugary yoghurt, chocolate, biscuit, cake, ice cream, jam on toast, rice pudding...the list is endless.

Anyway, my question is, regardless of quantity, do you have something sweet most days of the week?

FYI, I hit the gym 4 times a week and live a healthy lifestyle. I generally get pretty angry at the fatties stuffing their faces all day :p

Another issue is that unless you're drowning yourself in milk and chomping on nuts all day, it's quite hard to reach a 2,500 calorie tally (doesn't help that I'm gluten intolerant). Sometimes I justify the sweet treat as I want the calories ( I'm 185cm / 76kg ) - To clarify, I'm not saying I eat a lot of sweet food but I do get cravings for it most days of the week.

I find it absolutely crazy that as a kid, we had pudding / dessert after every evening meal.

Yes. I try to eat healthily these days, and its going quite well! But I still have something sweet each day. Usually a mug of coffee with a kitkat after I get home from work or something like that. Breakfast is usually a breakfast bar which has chocolate on it too.

Thats usually it though, and I don't always have a KitKat.

I only eat it once a week as I can just keep eating it and not feel sick.

I can quite easily eat most of the daily limit in one go. Chips, meat, side, sauce and massive portion of pud. mmm food.

Apples kill the sweet cravings stone dead. Then followed by a banana.

I did have two Apple donuts today. Naughtiest thing I've had all year.

Do you get angry at fatties because they enjoy eating all the things they want to?

I ******* hate ***** that use the phrase eating clean, *******.

Everyone should take some degree of responsibility for what they put in their mouths. That includes eggplant

I eat whatever the hell I feel like eating. All this 'clean food' can do one. I'm going to my grave knowing I enjoyed everything in my life.

Except having to look at gingers. That's just nasty.

Temptation and old habits can be an evil thing. How many people have said how the hell did I get here?

Well it doesn't happen overnight, that aside, it was the reason I said everything in moderation.

No but it is usually what they say after a few years as it creeps up. Hands go in for cake, biscuits, sweets, crisps, takeout and before you know it... No will power.

That depends what you like eating though. Do you not like steak, veg and say sweet potato fries? That's clean and what most people would consider tasty (unless you're a veggie)

If you're eating sugar all day, I suggest that can 'do one'.

Nothing wrong with moderation however.

I just eat/drink what I want, when I want. I couldn't care less whether or not something is good or bad for me. Got a few nice Caramel Pannacottas sat in the fridge for Ron.

Such a terrible attitude. Do you care about your health or waistline in the slightest?

I eat whatever I want, whenever I want.

I had McDonald's at 4am this morning because I was awake and hungry.

I also had a sausage, mushroom and hashbrown sandwich everyday this week apart from today because I had McDonald's again.

Chinese tomorrow night.

I also eat chocolate, crisps, cakes and drink fizzy pop every day.
