Starting to struggle with 433 in Div2 wirh balotelli upfront, going to try him in 4321 and see how i get on with him as his NIF was decent enough for me when i tried him in that formstion.

Anyone care to share Custom tactics and instructions also prefered workrates aswel.

If this fails not sure wether to hold onto balotelli with a hope he gets a winter upgrade and hopefully make a decent profit on him and get lacazette instead.
 
Relegated back to Division 3, can't blame the team, feels better than the previous team that had SIF Ronaldo in. I'm just unable to break people down, have a feeling it might be down to my custom tactics or perhaps player instructions.

Also my finishing continues to suck, should have comfortably held but those chances I do get I'm just not taking.

What are you guys using for custom tactics at the moment?

shooting: 60

free form

pressure: 60
aggression: 50
team width: 40

cover

got them from an online guide and they are perfect for that formation for me. div 1 btw. teams am using...

Since moving to PS4 I barely have a laggy game now, nor have I had any disconnects. Go to hell, XBL. :o

Found it very frustrating this week. Takes about 5-10 attempts each time to get a game. Constantly get "opponent has left" message. Don't think it's my ping as I get 63mb fttc and the ping is always green on my screen?

I get this as well and I'm a 2014 date. It's players looking for noobs or thinking you're a good player :o


Got to gold 3 on WL - P25 W18. Fifa becomes a chore after so many games though. I'll get elite 3 one day again, when I have a spare weekend with nothing on.

Think the top end players (90+) will maintain their price through TOTY week but can see others or more certainly the lower rated players dropping further over the week.

Looking at picking up Messi and maybe Suarez tonight or tomorrow.
 
That would explain it then. My Est date is 2013. I'd consider myself pretty much a n00b though! Or at least I play like one lately! :)

Going to set Schneiderlin to stay back which hopefully help, along with the other two midfielders being fairly defensive.
Depending on coins i was going to replace Bailly but not sure if i go for smalling or IF reid. had both and liked Reid so probs go down that route.

Got griezmann yesterday for 204k with the hawk card on, lots had hunter on but with hawk it should max out his pace. He's the most expensive player I've ever bought on fifa. He scores loads against me so must be good.
I've got cech as an un-tradable but looks like schmeichel is the better option
 
I've never had an issue with CB's work rates, regardless of what they have they always just stay at... well, centre back. I've used Ramos pretty much every year and he's always fantastic. Thiago Silva has taken a bit of a back seat this year as he's not big and strong enough imo.
 
Is there something about TOTY I'm missing? I have 300k, don't buy packs and I'm unlikely to get anything in my WL rewards. Failing to see how everyone is effected so badly.

The last few years there has been a massive price crash just before TOTY as people sell up their entire squad in preparation, then during the team of the week there are generally speaking a huge amount of packs opened which increases the amount of players on the market, and thus deflates their value.

This year has been very different to past FIFA's though, with clever use of SBCs by EA to keep player prices high and maintain the value of packs.

In previous years it was always advised to sell up your squad in the weeks before TOTY and then buy it back once TOTY drops, you could generally get it for about 70% of the price.
