Yes very interesting. My brother is colour blind and learning to drive was a lot harder. He had real trouble seeing the difference between red, amber and green traffic lights, especially at night where there are no other visual clues.
I hope it didn't take him too long to figure out, given that you don't need to see the colours of the lights to know the scenario.
