yup, agree, there are so many variables that the player has no control of, even down to the details like if a player shoots with their right or left, if they open out or take a rubbish touch when they receive it etc. etc.

After being 0-3 this morning I dragged it back to 5-3, Hazard scoring a lot.

Team is still (after a sub):

Butland
Walker - Smalling - Boateng - Alaba
Matic
Kanté - Sanches
Hazard
Aguero - Benteke

Contemplating swapping out Aguero for Neymar actually, I can have anyone there as he's just subbed on.
 
Anyone else experience fine game at the start and on the last 30mins your players become sluggish who can't pass and turn?

Lost a few games because of this last night.

btw that gomez at cam is the best ive used this year deffo my most favourite player he rapid cracking dribbling and fantastic finishing anywhere round the 18 yard box hes an absolute menace.

I'll need to try IF Gomez at CAM, only ever used him up top with Higuain and he was decent. Got SIF Brozovic there at the moment and his dribbling, passing and shooting is sublime.

I really like this team, that'd be about perfect for me apart from maybe Hazard at LF, Matic over Nzonzi, Koke over that RCM and Ramos at CB.

How does it play?
 
Forgot how rage inducing WL is 15 shots 14 on target to his 6 shots 3 on target and i loose on penaltys after henderson smashes it wide even though i told him go down the middle :mad:

Also butland was in goals playing like god as usual
 
Butland is absurdly good, I can't see myself ever changing him as probably the only better options are De Gea / Neuer and they're silly money for players you don't even control.
 
9 wins 9 losses so far, wich is fine with me as gold 3 is all i want.
sold n'zonzi as he just isn't working. i had 84 rated one but decided to try modric instead who i prefer.

Does Renato Sanches play much for bayern? love his card on fifa and wouldn't mind his OTW if there's a chance of him getting an iF. Baily is tempting to grab whilst he is cheap,he played for the u18;s the other night so hopefully back soon.
 
replacement for giroud up top? up with vardy. like giroud aerial ability and strength, but his pace is an issue. thinking maybe 87 kane? got around 80k with what i'll get from giroud.

nice solid teams

yeah brozovic is fantastic the long shots are just stupid good. i nearly went for messi but i just dont get on well with wingers this year.

this was the la liga i sold. played excellent in beginning then basically become useless going forward. just undecided what to build next.

This game is odd where a team or player can be amazing then just not work :(

So far the only players i can happily say are consistently brilliant are:

Kante
Renato Sanches
Alex Sandro
Florenzi
IF Bolasie
Bailly

Shame they don't go into a squad together really.

Everyone else seems to have good games then just fade away. Giroud has scored quite a few hatricks for me but go's about 6-8 games of being **** before he has a cracking game.

It's a pretty solid team in that the midfield is strong, physical and good tacklers and leaves the front 3 to attack.

Got instructions for Messi to stay central and he links up with Suarez well. Martial is outstanding in this side and has the best goals/game ratio of the three after about 15 games or so (a goal a game). Big fan of Suarez now, his finishing is class and positioning in the box is great.

Only downside is coming up against really deep & physical sides as Messi can get a bit lost but just means I have to work the ball about a bit more than usual.
