Cheap, especially with TopCashback in addition to it! (9.2%) Doesn't look like it's a steam code though - does anyone know if this is delivered by their own software? I've only ever bought games digitally on Steam.

The only place to buy a Steam key for GTA V is directly through Steam. Every other key will be a Rockstar Social Club key. Which is fine BTW.

They are legit but bear in mind sometimes you need to send ID for initial purchase.
Which is insane.
I think it's to stop competition buying up all the keys at that price and selling them at a mark up elsewhere.
But yeh, I don't use them because of this.
