Shower every other day for me unless been pulling cable all day, need a shower after that
I believe in taking care of myself, and a balanced diet and a rigorous exercise routine. In the morning, if my face is a little puffy, I'll put on an ice pack while doing my stomach crunches. I can do a thousand now. After I remove the ice pack, I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower, I use a water activated gel cleanser. Then a honey almond body scrub. And on the face, an exfoliating gel scrub. Then apply an herb mint facial mask, which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an aftershave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.
I shower twice a week for 2 minutes at the most and I don't use soap but I clean my armpits and crack every day.
This is not new, I've known for decades that you shouldn't use soap or shower every day unless you have a hard job.
noawadyas I hear people can't even leave the house without a shower

This is not cool, your knackers must be well tacky!
I think you ought to read again what you quoted.
What do you think my crack is?
Ewwwwwwwwww, smelly git.
That's just it, the smelliest people are those who shower or bathe regularly because of all the bodies natural oils they keep washing away.
I assumed it was your bum. Hence the term getting back, crack and sack waxed.
Wat.
The most smelliest people I know are those who were always cleaning themselves - FACT
You can justify it however you want, showering twice a week is RANK.
In your small mind (unless you have a demanding job or go the gym).
Small mind? Seriously? Your personal hygiene is clearly a sensitive topic so I'll leave it alone but please never sit next to me on a bus.
