It is incorrect, 1080Ti Turbo from Gigabyte does indeed use a reference style blower fan cooler just like 1080 one did. I shall get it fixed tomorrow.
It is the Gigabyte 1080Ti Gaming sku you need as that has the WindForce/G1 style cooler.
