So I got an e-mail earlier on today in regards to getting the latest BT Router/Hub for 9.99 which is only for delivery, providing that I renew on another 18-month contract for slightly less because of my years of service or whatever.
As I'm processing all of the changes, it states that my services will be "activated" at a certain date, this Friday for example.
Would I lose access to any of my services? i.e. internet, phone, tv during this time? I don't think I would, but if any of you had made the change, I would like to know, as I just don't have time to have any down time in relation to my services at the moment.
