I think you are correct. Unlikely to be fanatic Islamic terrorists. More likely people from Green Peace protesting global warming or Scottish Nationalists protesting the lack of another referendum.

I highly doubt it is Islamic fanatics celebrating the anniversary of the attack in Belgium. Even if it was, I don't believe it would be politically correct or even socially acceptable to make that view known!

Just blame the Scots or the Greens!.
