Shots fired outside parliament - Please refrain from speculative and antagonistic posts

I do wonder if his nationality will turn out to be from 1 of the 6 countries having the new cabin bans on large electronic items on planes.

You do know that on every street corner in every part of the Westminster safe zone is a pair of Bobbies and has been that way since 2004 (if not before). An attack like this would always have sustained casualties, but they would have remained minimal.

Agree waisted opportunity. Probably a moment of madness, had a bad day then decided to swerve his car in direction or a pavement. It could have been a lot worse with a little more planning.

Anyway need to stop speculating.

It was more the sheer number of response vehicles that surprised me from all services. It could have been much worse, but that is no comfort for the families affected.
 
I just hope there are no more attacks. Sounds like things are still quite tense. I wish my other half would come home earlier. Probably miles away on her phone too.
 
I'm glad the police response was swift yet saddened regarding the deaths. Hope the attacker's motives are established quickly.

You make it sound like the attacker dicided to do this attack on a sper of the moment, like he was just on his way back home from the office.

He had a knife - it was planned, poorly or not.
 
The guy will be A British Citizen, probably a Londoner himself. Obviously a bit brainwashed by his beliefs. Going by the beard alone.
