I consider myself intelligent in some areas, stupid in others!

In general I think I probably stack up well intelligence wise against the rest of the population, but far from being really clever.

I think you have to work on your intelligence in order for it to grow. I just watch YouTube videos about burgers and video games. Now I'm really dumb

Probably not very intelligent yet on the scale of intelligence (whatever that is) but given my youth and keenness to learn and discover I may well get there!

Also, you've just twisted it completely, I said "four", and you've said "numerous other people who are the 'irrational' ones".

Just look at the depth of my posts against the posts in question (irrational posts). People sometimes retort with nonsense one liners. You simply cannot provide a rationalised post in one line lol. At least I always try to be civil and rational and always explain my reasoning.

I still remember that thread where it took about 15 attempts to try and explain how me using hyperbole in an OP doesn't affect the potential of something being true.....

Perhaps that is the unresolved internal conflict which is possessing you to continuously mention me in this thread?

Don't forget, I saw this thread when it was posted and I had nothing to add, I wasn't the one who came in posting silly one liners and baiting people. If you need any further explanation on anything I've said in the past then feel free to post in the respective threads.

I know i'll come across as arrogant but i know that i'm highly intelligent. I regularly get 135-140 in IQ tests. Came top of my class throughout GCSE's and A-Levels and have a degree in Physics and a post-grad in IT.

The flip-side is that i'm so bad in social situations that i sometimes think i may be on autistic spectrum. I regularly get people's backs up because i have no filter to speak of and always come over too direct. I also suffered from crippling anxiety until a few months ago when i finally got the courage to go to my GP to get it sorted.

I was referring to your apparent belief that your posts are all rational, logical and it is often others who simply don't understand, aren't on your plane of intelligence etc.. - yes it was a bit tongue in cheek

No word of a lie, Sertraline was a ******* miracle drug for me. It completely got rid of my anxiety in a few weeks and despite being off it for a few months now it seems to have permanently fixed me. It's also seems to have the unexpected great side-effect of being able last ages in bed

Also, some people do in fact understand the discussions in question, which renders your point completely pointless. You just make no sense at all and as usual have no idea what's going on.

If I believe a post is rational it's because I have done some rationalisation lol, and that my opinion is not biased due to emotional pressures. That is explanation, elaboration, thought process, logical dependence, reasoning, probability assessment, not being affected by emotion, being fair, neutral, etc. I always try to do this to a degree, therefore it is not wrong to assume a post which does that is rational, and especially when always faced with nonsense irrational one line retorts like you always love doing, and have displayed in abundance in this thread alone, lol.

Intelligence is overrated. Instead I'd say I'm shrewd especially with financial investments. Instead I pay for intelligent people to do the hard work (whilst making sure I always have a good understanding of their field waiting to catch them out because I'm no sucker!)

I went through a range of tests during a spell in a rehabilitation centre after fracturing my pelvis in a motorcycle accident. I kept getting very high scores in the normal tests so they eventually put me through this big IQ test, just to see how high I'd score. I managed to score an IQ of 165, which is something like the top 1% of graduates apparently. However, I have poor social skills and without those the high intelligence is pretty useless.

I think I'm slightly above average IQ, I haven't been tested officially, but whenever I try one it comes out between 120-130. However, would I say I'm actually intelligent? Not particularly. In things I enjoy like developing I can be quite smart, but I'm no where near the level of some guys I've seen, they're ridiculously good. But in things I take no interest in, I'm absolutely clueless.

Has the thought occurred that by getting you to rise to the one liners the trolling is actually working?
