I can overlook the crappy 10min fight scene over the good of the rest of the movie.
No end credit scenes though, plenty of people stayed behind hoping there was one.
I thought this film was excellent, we went and watched it this afternoon.
The end fight, felt like an actual fight to me, totally different to Superman and Zod throwing each other around, it felt tough, gritty, godlike.
Ares I enjoyed, I guessed from when he offered the office he was Ares, such is life.
I don't get people calling the battle a cheese fest, its a superhero movie, what do you expect Spielberg D-day landings?
I think the film was helped by being set 100 years ago, just enjoyable fun.
The first trench to town scene when we see Gal Gadot woman in action, absolutely superb, well shot, just looked heroic.
Really enjoyed this film, certainly the best DC has managed and frankly it was better than most that marvel has managed.
Do hope they manage to keep this going, and actually think if they had not made all the cuts to Batman versus Superman, and had not portrayed Lex in the manner they did, it could have been much closer to this standard.
-edit forgot to add, she does radiate off the screen in every scene, holds the camera wonderfully, such a good casting for a God Gal Gadot woman. Yet as I said to my wife, no gratuitous cleavage shots, no pants flying all over the show, no arse waggle in the screen, it was all done very very nicely.
-edit2 to rebut the post above
I love the new wonder woman score, that battle score that played during bats versus sups, and played again at the end of this film, its great, its banging around in my head, love it.
