Summer Transfer Window 2017/18 - Rumours & Signings

he's better than alli and son? lol he's on a par with eriksen. alli and son are better.
Lol take your blinkers off, actually probably difficult as they are perma glued to your eyes.

Hilarious that you honestly think Alli and Son are better.

It's no wonder no one in here takes you seriously with the stuff you come out with.

We're linked too, ox is a very versatile player so I would take him however his issue is playing time and if he moved to us or Chelsea I don't see that problem changing if anything would be worse

Now we're selling the Ox to Chelsea of all clubs!

I hate Arsenal sometimes.
Lol yep just hearing on sky sports news lol.

He complains about not getting enough playing time at Arsenal but at Chelsea it will be the same. He's not that good to garner a starting spot for us, he hasn't really kicked on since we bought him from Soton all those yrs ago.

On another note, Sanchez has reportedly met PSG sporting director. Not sure how true that is but seems like this will be another long drawn process.

It sounds like the Matic to Man Utd deal could be on for £50m, £35m initial bid rejected. A lot of money but he's a good player in a role we need to fill. We'll have a team of giants soon too!

I'll quite happily see Ox leave to anywhere, just not good enough. Hope we get some decent money for him. If Sanchez is going it has to be abroad.

Kevin Stewart has completed his move to Hull - £5.5m rising to £8m! He's proof that with a bit of hard work and understanding the game and your limitations, you don't need a great deal of ability to make a career for yourself.

Great business by us to. Picked up for nothing, used to pad out the squad for a couple of years and sold for a decent fee.
assume he's going to rotate in that right wing back slot with Moses? They're very similar players

The attraction of Ox is his versatility. I've never been convinced the links with us were genuine but I didn't mind the idea - he can play as a wing back, winger or in central midfield.

If the Chelsea link is true then as you say, you'd have to assume he's being signed primarily as a wing back. Chelsea were fortunate to have kept Moses and Alonso fit and available for the most part last season as they were pivotal to how they played and they had/have no natural cover for either.
