Corroborated statistics please
Well I would say 90% of those directly involved are opportunists (lots of them criminals already).... (from what I see in Person and in the media etc.. no hard stats to back that up)
There is however a common factor, I would say of Anarchist/ hard left agitation behind a lot of the narrative that ends of whipping up these issues to the point they explode into rioting.... slogans like 'no justice, no peace' and 'by any means' along with banners claiming people have 'blood on their hands' (often appearing to be held by white middle/ upper class people?) are hardly conducive to a rational calm approach to incidents.
Why do we so many hard left banners at the 'peaceful' demos that seem to happen around the same time as violent riots? It quite ironic given the propensity of some of the same people to accuse others of whipping up hate against 'people of colour' or certain religions after things such as group sexual abuse scandals or terrorist attacks (note the same banners coming out again?).

Isn't it amazing how quickly these banners pop up after these incidents.... one might conclude that certain Marxist groups (who quite often are driven by privileged whites and see also here for the International Secretary for the SWP descended from Lords....need I say more) are using certain groups of people as their 'useful idiots' in their drive to smash the state/ capitalism and bring in their supposed communist utopia..... 'Workers create all the wealth under capitalism. A new society can only be constructed when they collectively seize control of that wealth and plan its production and distribution according to need.' Well that plan worker out marvellously every time its been tried now....

Which of course are normally met by claims of 'they weren't "true" socialist countries' or that Scandinavian countries are both 'socialist' and successful (they are not socialist as the means of production and distribution are largely not in the hands of the 'workers' and/ or the state. They are high tax social democracies which is entirely a different thing)
