Concerning the support that depends on how well Vega sells... Support for enhancements was/is subpar on Fury. Delayed wattman (it was still AMDs flagship at the time), no enhanced sync (will it come ? Probably), still no Async reprojection on anything but Polaris, that came out in april, Fury was still the flagship in theory, that's just off the top of my head, because those are 3 things that affect me directly and that wouldn't have happened with Nvidia (ok they don't have a wattdude equivalent)

nVidia obsoleted system tools and the older implementation in the control panel due to how many 3rd parties cards used propitiatory hardware management features and custom voltage table implementations, etc.
 
Games Nexus been told draw-stream binning rasterizer is indeed disabled on the Vega FE and will be enabled on the release of RX Vega. It was disabled to meet the demand and get Vega out on time.

He said in 2017 4k system for $1k, dont think he meant including cost of monitor. Which is ironic with their deals thing now

Yes I got that, but they are not improving price for performance with Vega from what has been available for 12+ months and to be honest even Vega is only just about what one would call a 4K card, I mean it cannot even maintain 60fps in games it seems.
