I'd been waiting for Vega hoping that it would provide a slightly cheaper solution than a 1080Ti but it's looking like that's not going to happen now if the revealed performance is to believed. Cost or performance for that matter.
However, the more I've looked into it the less and less likely it appears that there's anything out there at the moment, or imminently in Vega's case, that's going to provide rock solid 60Hz @ 4K.
Am I wrong? Or should I just wait for Volta?
I'm not in a mad rush in any case as it seems my Nitro+ 480 will provide a decent 1080P experience for the foreseeable future.
Guess I was hoping we'd reached a decent 4K gaming period but I don't think we're quite there yet.
