You've got to remember this was not meant to picked apart by the whole world, it was an internal memo to raise certain issues regarding employment techniques and diversity. It was leaked, that certainly plays a role, no?

I like how she talks about prairie voles in regards to biological origins but doesn't use our most closely matched dna friends, apes.

To save you problems when I suggest on this forum that the sources you cite for your position might have big flaws to their arguments?

I don't know why you keep posting this there's been plenty of evidence presented here that there are biological differences between the sexes chiefly observed in the degree of universal adoption of gendered roles across a wide swathe of time and across the globe. Such observations are supported by studies of even newborn children showing gendered interest when looked at as a group. We see gendered behaviour in pretty much any mammal including our closest primate cousins.

Such a preference for thing over people... Systemising over empathy etc or vice versa is clearly pertinent to a person's interests and job choices

Lots of companies have message boards and ideas boxes, not sure you should expect radically different outcomes elsewhere! Oddly little response to my McDonalds worker analogy?
