Pay mortgage off and any other current finance.
Pay Parents Mortgage off and give some to my in laws (Had a lot from them both over the last few years). Probably only tell my immediate family anyway. Don't want long distant relatives visiting me now i have a lot of money.
Go looking for some classic cars online to spend my time restoring. Speak to financial adviser about what to do with high percentage of money i don't plan on blowing.
Buy the Mrs a horse, a Newfoundland and another Labrador.(Shes always wanted a horse:confused:) Book a nice long holiday.:)
Pretty much it.
 
First thing I would do would be looking in to specialist private treament for the skeletal issues my dear mum has been suffering from for the past 2 years.
 
The enormity of something so life changing would probably lead me to doing nothing different at all, at least for a couple of days whilst everything sunk in. Personally I'd want to keep it all as quiet as possible and I'd just leave work normally with the full notice! Inevitably a new home would be high on the list, as would an amazing new PC!
 
I wouldn't go too crazy, probably buy a small(ish) house for 300K, spend another 100K redecorating and buying nice things to put in it, buy an M4 or F-type.

Spend a year travelling the world, help family members out and with the majority I would try and invest it smartly.

I'd also pay for someone with a bulldozer or similar to crush my flatmates car as he's a **** and I'd have **** you money.

And of course I'd quit my job, that goes without saying.
