asus rog vi apex keep freezing

hi there..
i have this problem and i tried to fix it for 2 days.
i tried to install windows 10 and it freeze while installing.. tried different version, different flash memory, different usb port.
tried to install it on M.2 960 pro also tried on samsung 930 pro sata.. same problem
updated the bios to 702 also tried one slot memory and test the memory with memok and memetest
no problem found.
my computer parts:
asus rog vi apex (bought it from here)
7900x (bought it from here)
4x8 gskill 3600c16
m.2 512 960 pro + 930 pro ssd
amd 290x also tried nvdia 1050
ax 850 corsair power supply
custom wc 560 rad temp inside bios is reporting low around 35 idle.. amb 23c.

any suggestion or help are welcome .. its maybe there is some setting in the bios that i donno
 
You using latest version of win10 installer??

Also try with one stick of mem only and all onboard devices disabled.

i tries creator version i guess its the latest and the oother one is v1511 i guess its old..
i tried with one stick mem got the same problem..
i disabled only bluetooth and wifi..

i will check after work if anything left enabled, will disable it and will report back..
 
i just tried with new psu evga g3 1000w with new kingston ssd .. same problem but at least i could install win on it but it freezed after the installation :(
 
Reseat cpu, checking pins in the socket, reseat heatsink and ram. Don't overtighten.

Gpu in slot 3.

Manual cache voltage 1.15V manual cpu voltage 1.15V dram 1.35v, try.

tried the vga on all slots.. set the voltage.. man i got tired spend all night testing :(
also tried another old vga laying around same problem..

i will buy today gigabyte board from local shop and will test if there is problem with the cpu
 
Did u clean the pads on cpu base. This is really strange.
i just bring gigabyte gaming 7 and everything is running fine without even touching the bios..its even was way faster at boot time
it sems there is problem with the board and i request rma for it..

Within 14 days of delivery, you can just return it for a refund I believe. No RMA. Post in the customer services forum or phone or use a webnote on the main site.

i did ask for refund in webnote and someone ask me why then i explain to him the problem.. but still didn't hear his response..
