Damaged my insured parcel... They don't have a phone number to contact them.. you can only online chat or Facebook them.

They seem to be ignoring my messages via Facebook after I asked to have my money back

Anything I can do?

How come eBay work alongside this company?

I'm sure others have had issues?.... There is zero customer service!! lol

Parcel2go didn’t damage anything they’re only a broker. Try contacting the courier directly, although they may just point you back to parcel2go as they’re the couriers customer but it’s worth a shot.

what tom said, you would've selected the courier during the costing process. i normally use hermes through them and (touch wood) never had issues.

why would you go through facebook rather than live chat and on same note why would you want to phone them rather than using live chat.
live chat rules, I hate companies that don't have it.

Didn't have a problem with them when something I sent to an ebay customer arrived damaged. I just logged into my account as it says above and attached some pictures the customer provided and received a full refund and a bit more if I recall as I accepted payment on account as I knew I'd need to use a courier again. Customer got to keep broken item which I'm sure they were able to glue too.

Just use their online chat? Almost feel foolish that we've even got to advise you to do that.

Being an eBay selling addict, I've used P2G for years (with a mix of Hermes and Collect+), only had one issue where a Hermes parcel went missing but it was insured and as such I received my money back.

I've used the chat a couple of times where there's been delays and everytime they've been a pleasure to use.

Contacting the courier directly if youve used parcel2go will do nothing. You need to deal with p2g as they are the couriers customer, not you.

+1 this.

You can't contact the courier as your contract is with Parcel2Go not with the courier used.

Same applies when dodgy online retailers say it's the courier's fault when I purchase goes missing, no it's not, it's the retailers fault as that's who my contract is with.

Parcel2Go are rubbish, I had a Yodel delivery driver either steal or "misplace" a laptop I was sending to someone a couple of years back, neither company were particularly interested in following up on why he lied about where it was supposedly delivered. Yodel said it was up to P2G to chase up with them as they arranged it, and P2G said it was up to Yodel to make enquiries.

Technically though, the above is correct.

It was up to you to keep pressure on P2G to in turn keep the pressure on Yodel and their enquiries.

That's my point, they let Yodel get away with doing the bare minimum and wouldn't engage with me any further other than to send me the link to their claims page.

What was the outcome of this out of interest?
