OcUK Rolling Road Day 21 @ Ti Motorsport (Stoke) - Saturday 4th November 2017

How was the dyno "set-up" this time? I remember people posting about a few heat/wheel drag issues on the 1st Dyno day causing a lower reading than expected but most of those above seem about right.

PS 750+hp in RWD Mustang in the wet must make for a hell of an experience!!

Much much better this time.

Think there were 3 cars in total that made a lot less than expected.

My MX5 - Suspect Blown Headgasket/Cracked exhaust manfiold/bent rod
Chris' B8 RS4 - Made 380 should have been 440
Manders EB Mustang - Expected 400 made 350

Was nice to meet some people from here, some nice cars to look at today especially that bonkers supercharged Mustang :D

I had to get off a little earlier than expected but I hope everyone continued to have a good time.

I've never seen that Audi V8 ever make over 400HP, they are very well know for not making power due to coking issues.

Steve with his Mustang has done a few mods and was hoping for more, but the reality is his expectations were a little high.

My car made 370HP a couple of days ago on the tuners dyno, it made 366HP on Ti's, close enough and other cars seemed to be pretty bang on.

The Mustang no doubt had more in the bag, the 766HP was the last and final attempt after attempting several runs, at which point it was hot so not helping power, but needless to say he is very happy with the result and all tuned via email. :)

Another RS4 fail, surely not? That really is a flawed engine, it makes a lovely noise but never delivers the horses after a few thousand miles. I thought the B8 had fixed the issue, seems it's the same as it ever way.

I was 'ballast' on a few of the runs in the yellow mustang and once it hit 4k it went mental! I think the power figure is a result of putting an egg behind the throttle pedal, definitely more in it. a Hub dyno might be an idea with that kind of power.

Yeap, another unsurprising "RS4 V8 not making quoted power" run which Audi really needed to sort with the B8 after all the lessons learnt during the B7 era but still a shocker. At least the new B9 will be back to being a bi-turbo V6 with a heap load of newer engine tech to the original B5 configuration, all of which is much more suited to the type of car they want the RS4 to be.

I'd say we're back to the Maha numbers and consistency we always saw from PowerStation. There's always going to be cars that struggle to make manufactures figures, optimistic owners or in my case cars that are just plain broken.

Big fan ofthe newer scooby

:D

Some nice cars there guys... Big fan ofthe newer scooby

My 12.4s and many 12.6s at Pod look even more impressive with only 335bhp ;)

So my chilling out for a bit last night resulted in doing zilch with any videos. Just copied them to the PC, watching them through now. Probably won't be anything uploaded until tonight as I'm out for a few hours in the afternoon.
